Grilled Mamirolle Sandwich

Grilled Mamirolle Sandwich

4 portions


  • 8 slices of nut bread or other to taste
  • 8 slices of Le Mamirolle
  • 4 slices roasted turkey
  • 4 slices white ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) butter

Cranberry and Orange Sauce

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) cranberry sauce
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange


Tip: once a step is done, you can click on it to cross it out and go to the next one.

  • Spread half the butter on the bread slices.
  • Place in layers: Le Mamirolle slice, turkey slice, another Le Mamirolle slice and a ham slice. Close the sandwich.
  • In a large bowl, mix eggs and milk. Soak the sandwiches in the egg mixture.
  • In a pan, melt butter and grill the sandwiches until they are golden on each side.
  • Serve with cranberry and orange sauce.

Cranberry and Orange Sauce

  • Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate.
