- 4 slices Le Gré des Champs cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) butter, softened
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) parsley, finely chopped
- Bread chosen: Sliced muesli bread
- In a small bowl, mix the butter and parsley together.
- Place the cheese on a slice of muesli bread.
- Cover the sandwich with the other slice of muesli bread.
- Butter the outer surfaces of the sandwich with the parsley butter and grill in a sandwich press or in a frying pan until both sides are golden.
