- 4 slices Le Mi-Carême cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) lemon butter, home-made
- 4 turkey slices
- 4 bacon slices, cooked
- 6 spinach leaves
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Bread chosen: Multigrain baguettine
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) butter, softened
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) lemon zest
- Freshly ground pepper
- Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
- Slice open the baguettine. Spread each half with the lemon butter.
- Fill with turkey, bacon, cheese and spinach leaves.
- Close the sandwich and bake a few minutes until cheese is melted.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Set aside.
