Port-Royal's Dock Hand


  • 4 slices Port-Royal cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh cream
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) capers
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 slices of red onion
  • Bread chosen: Mini rustic bread


Tip: once a step is done, you can click on it to cross it out and go to the next one.

  • In a bowl, mix the fresh cream and capers together. Add salt and pepper.
  • Slice the bread in half and spread the fresh cream topping.
  • Fill with smoked salmon, red onion slices and cheese.
  • Close the sandwich.
