Ingredients
- 4 slices Port-Royal cheese
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh cream
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) capers
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 slices of red onion
- Bread chosen: Mini rustic bread
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the fresh cream and capers together. Add salt and pepper.
- Slice the bread in half and spread the fresh cream topping.
- Fill with smoked salmon, red onion slices and cheese.
- Close the sandwich.

- Try this recipe with: Noyan or La Tomme de Monsieur Séguin.
