Ingredients
- 4 slices Saint-Paulin Signature cheese
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sage, hazelnut and sundried tomato mayonnaise, home-made
- 4 slices of grilled chicken breast
- 1 yellow tomato, sliced
- 2 leaves of mesclun lettuce
- Bread chosen: Organic flax bread
Sage, hazelnut and sundried tomato mayonnaise
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) mayonnaise, store-bought
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) toasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 2 sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sage, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
- Slice two slices of bread. Spread both slices with the mayonnaise.
- Garnish with the grilled chicken, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce.

- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Set aside in the refrigerator.
