- 60 ml (1/4 cup) Vacherin Fri-Charco cheese, grated
- 2 slices of smoked salmon, diced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh salmon, raw, diced
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) fresh cream
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) horseradish
- Zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) dill, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) mint, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) chives, chopped
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) capers, chopped
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Bread chosen: Bagel
- Mix all the ingredients, except the cheese, together. Set aside in the refrigerator.
- Slice the bagel.
- Top with the salmon mousse and cheese.
- Cover the sandwich with the remaining bagel slice and enjoy.
