The Rising Phoenix With Cendré des Prés


Ingredients

  • 4 slices Le Cendré des Prés cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) cranberry chutney, home-made
  • 4 turkey slices
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) fresh tarragon
  • Arugula leaves, to taste
  • Bread chosen: Tortilla

Cranberry chutney

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh cranberries
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) sugar
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) toasted hazelnuts, chopped

Preparation

Tip: once a step is done, you can click on it to cross it out and go to the next one.

  • Spread the cranberry chutney on the tortilla.
  • Place the turkey slices onto the tortilla.
  • Top with tarragon, cheese and arugula.
  • Roll up tightly and slice.

Cranberry chutney

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
  • Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes until it reaches jam consistency. Set aside.
