Ingredients
- 4 slices Le Cendré des Prés cheese
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) cranberry chutney, home-made
- 4 turkey slices
- 5 ml (1 tsp.) fresh tarragon
- Arugula leaves, to taste
- Bread chosen: Tortilla
Cranberry chutney
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) fresh cranberries
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) sugar
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) toasted hazelnuts, chopped
Preparation
- Spread the cranberry chutney on the tortilla.
- Place the turkey slices onto the tortilla.
- Top with tarragon, cheese and arugula.
- Roll up tightly and slice.
Cranberry chutney
- Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
- Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes until it reaches jam consistency. Set aside.
