Ingredients
- 6 strawberries, quartered
- 12 cherry tomatoes, different colours, halved
- 115 g (4 oz.) Brie from here, such as Douceur du Témiscouata cheese, cut into wedges
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) pesto
Preparation
- Thread a strawberry half, cheese wedge and tomato half onto 8 small skewers each.
- Place the kebabs on a plate. Drizzle each one with a little pesto.
- Serve at room temperature.
Storage
- The strawberry and tomato kebabs must be made a few minutes before serving.
