- 500 ml (2 cups) celery, diced
- 500 ml (2 cups) apples, diced
- 2 endives, chopped
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) 15% thick country-style cream
- 45 ml (3 tbsp.) mayonnaise
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 125 ml (½ cup) walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 150 g (5 oz) Le Rassembleu cheese, coarselycrumbled
- In a bowl, mix the celery, apples and endives.
- In another bowl, mix the cream and mayonnaise to make dressing. Add salt and pepper.
- Mix the dressing with the first three ingredients.
- Divide salad into plates. Add the walnuts and Le Rassembleuu cheese and serve.
