Cauliflower au Gratin with Swiss From Here
There’s nothing better than cauliflower au gratin—a wonderfully comforting dish! Blanch the cauliflower florets and pour your favourite béchamel sauce on top. Top with grated Swiss from here, such as Mont Saint-Benoît or The Perron Swiss, and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 25 minutes or until the cheese starts turning golden brown. Serve with a delicious salmon pie, hot out of the oven.
