Cherry tomato pie
Tastes like summer! Do you have homegrown cherry tomatoes on your balcony? Preheat a homemade or store-bought pie crust at 350°F (180°C) for 10 to 12 minutes. In the meantime, mix 185 ml (¾ cup) of milk, 175 ml (¾ cup) of 35% cream, 3 eggs and 15 ml (1 tbsp.) of flat parsley in a bowl. Sprinkle with 150 g (5 ½ oz.) of Brie from here, cut into pieces. Pour the egg mix into the crust, add 5 or 6 cherry tomatoes of different colours. Bake the quiche for 30 to 35 minutes.
