Creamy Tuna Spread with Délicrème and Hummus
Here’s a quick and easy way to make a delicious, creamy spread. Drain a can of tuna and mix with an equal amount of spreading cheese and hummus. Riviera French-style Fresh Cheese is ideal for this recipe, but you can also use Tartineux or Chèvre des Neiges. Add a little lemon zest, salt and pepper, and serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
