Figs with brie from here and prosciutto
Slice some fresh figs in four, being careful not to cut right through them. Insert a piece of Brie from here (rind removed) between the wedges. Wrap with prosciutto and hold together with a toothpick. Toast briefly at low heat on the BBQ so that the cheese does not become too runny. This is a sweet-salty sensation served as an appetizer or desert.
