When camping, we try to avoid recipes that require a lot of prepping or dirtying a lot of dishes when cooking. In this dish, open a can of red or black beans, rinse them and add a readymade chili. You can also grill some corn cobs beforehand and then cut the kernels off the ears to use as a nacho topping. Place two sheets of aluminum foil on the grill. Add the chips, cover with the chili and beans and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese from here on top, like Le Cru du Clocher. The topping possibilities are endless!
