Gooey Brie From Here with Maple Caramelized Apples
Here’s a recipe for a sublimely gooey and tasty Brie from here. First, melt some butter in a pan and lightly brown some apple slices. Pour in some maple syrup, then bring to a boil without reducing too much, and there you go: delicious maple caramelized apples! Use them to top a Brie from here, such as Brie Mont-Laurier or Angelus, and wait for it to melt.
