Home fries with Parmesan from here
Home fries are easy to make and so, so tasty—and they’re even better with a parmesan crust! Cut Idaho potatoes lengthwise. Coat them with a mixture of canola oil, grated Parmesan from here and pepper. Bake them in the oven at 220°C (425°F) about 20 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure all sides of the fries are nicely golden.
