Never made a calzone? Here’s the secret. Brush half of your pizza dough with tomato sauce, add your favourite condiments (onions, peppers, etc.), cooked and sliced duck sausage and Provence herbs. Cover with Mozzarellissima Saputo cheese. Fold the plain half of the dough over the half with the fillings. Seal the dough to make a pocket and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 450°F (230°C). Bravissimo!
