Whip up this super quick sauce using a can of crushed plum tomatoes, a clove of garlic and fresh basil. Heat the tomatoes in a saucepan. Add the garlic and basil. Cover and let simmer gently for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the meatballs, and serve them with the sauce on your choice of pasta. Top generously with cheese.
