Naan bread and Le Clos St-Ambroise breakfast

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). On a naan bread, sprinkle 80 ml (⅓ cup) of grated Le Clos St-Ambroise cheese. Make a well in the centre of the cheese and break an egg over it. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
