Parmesan from here Chips
Prepare these little parmesan chips in advance and serve them as an appetizer or a tasty snack. Place some grated Parmesan from here at the bottom of muffin cups of any size. Bake them at 180°C (350°F) until all the cheese has melted, for about 5 minutes. Let them cool and then remove them from the cups. For an even more crispy texture, “dry” them out by putting them in the oven on parchment paper at 150°C (300°F) for 5 minutes and leaving the oven door slightly open. They will keep for about a week in an airtight container.
