Pumpkin seeds with Riviera Organic Parmesan
Oven-roasted pumpkin seeds are a fall staple. When you clean out pumpkins to decorate them, you keep the flesh for soups, pies or even pasta, and you keep the seeds for snacks. Well, this time, add some Riviera Organic Parmesan. Once the seeds are washed and dried, coat them with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the grated cheese and, for a nice smoky flavour, one or two teaspoons of paprika. Bake them at 180oC (350oF) for 20 minutes.
