Raclette from here with a twist
How about two new ways to spruce up your raclette without reinventing the wheel? First prepare a generous piece of well-sweetened caramelized-onion fougasse and then place an herb-seasoned sausage on top of it. Just a dash of chimichurri will give the snack a little bite, while a few cranberries with rosemary will provide a little extra freshness. Sundried-tomato fougasse is also delicious, especially when served with a red hot pepper sausage. Want to tone it down a bit? A touch of home-made béchamel, some Griffon or Le Cantolait cheese and a little fresh basil are sure to do the trick.
