Smoked trout and Cottage Damafro bites

In a food processor, place the contents of a 500 g (18 oz) container of Cottage Damafro cheese along with a 120 g (4 ¼ oz) pack of smoked trout, the juice of a lemon, one French shallot and a few leaves of tarragon. Pulse for a few seconds to combine thoroughly. Serve with some croutons.
