Irresistible! Here’s the secret: take 60 ml (¼ cup) of milk, 2 eggs, 180 ml (¾ cup) of flour, 80 ml (1/3 cup) of Ricotta from here such as Ricotta ANCO and 30 ml (2 tbsp.) of sugar and mix well. Cook in a non-stick pan until brown on both sides. Garnish with ricotta and serve. Yummy!
