Vegetable patties with cheese
Grate a carrot, a parsnip, a sweet potato, a zucchini and a cup of Le Clos Saint-Ambroise cheese. Mix everything with an egg and a little cumin, salt and pepper. Shape into small patties and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for twenty minutes, turn patties and return to oven for another twenty minutes. Makes a delicious side dish.
